Only the account Owner or Admin role can update another user’s settings.

Open Users

Under Account → Users.

Open the user's menu

Click the three-dot menu next to the user’s row.

Choose Edit

Opens the user editor.

Update the role

Change between Owner, Admin, Projects, or Read-only. See Invite User for role definitions.

Update allowed projects (Projects role only)

For users with the Projects role, pick exactly which projects they can see.

Save

Changes take effect on the user’s next page load.
Demoting the Owner moves ownership to whoever you promote — you can’t leave an account ownerless. To transfer ownership, first make the target user an Admin, then re-invite yourself as Admin and ask the new Owner to demote you.
