Bulk delete is the fastest way to clean up after offboarding several clients at the same time — or to clear out test clients you no longer need.
Bulk-deleted clients move to the Archive along with all their projects, dashboards, and data-source connections. The clients can be restored from the Archive within the retention window, but anything permanently deleted from the Archive is unrecoverable. Export what you need to keep first.

Open the client list

Go to your home dashboard.

Enable multi-select

Hover a client card and click the checkbox that appears, or toggle Select mode from the dashboard toolbar. Check every client you want to remove.

Click Delete

With clients selected, click Delete in the action bar at the top of the list.

Confirm

Review the list in the confirmation dialog, then click Confirm delete. Selected clients move to the Archive.

Undo a bulk delete

Go to Archive, select the clients you just removed, and click Restore. Their projects and data connections come back intact.
