Removing a user immediately revokes their access. Their login is deleted and they can no longer sign in to the account. Only users with Admin access can remove team members.

Open Users

Go to Settings → Users.

Open the user you want to remove

Find the user in the list and open their options.

Remove the user

Choose to remove them, then confirm when prompted. The user is notified that they’ve been removed, and their access ends immediately.

What happens to their work

Removing a user doesn’t delete the clients or reports in your account — that content belongs to the account, not the individual user, so it stays in place and remains accessible to your other team members.
You can’t remove yourself, and you can’t remove the account owner. Transfer ownership before attempting to remove an owner.
