Deleting an account is permanent and irreversible. Every client, project, widget, integration, automation, theme, template, and team member in the account is deleted.
Account deletion is not a soft-delete. There is no Archive recovery for an entire account. Export any reports you need to keep, and confirm you’ve ended any active subscription before proceeding.

Before you delete

  • Export critical reports — PDF every report you want to retain (PDF Export).
  • Cancel your subscription — see Subscription. Deleting an account doesn’t automatically cancel billing.
  • Revoke API keys — integrations using your account’s API keys will stop working immediately.
  • Notify your team — every user in the account loses access the moment you confirm.

How to delete

Open Account

From the sidebar, click your avatar → Account Settings.

Scroll to Delete Account

At the bottom of the page.

Click Delete Account

You’ll be prompted to type your account name to confirm.

Confirm

Oviond deletes the account and its data immediately.
Only the account owner can delete an account. Admins and other roles don’t see the Delete Account button.
