Oviond is a white-label digital marketing reporting platform. Connect your clients’ marketing accounts — Google Ads, Facebook, and 60+ other platforms — and build professional dashboards and reports that you deliver under your own brand. This documentation covers everything you need to get up and running, from creating your first client report to automating scheduled delivery for your entire client base. In Oviond, every report belongs to a client. You create a client, build a dashboard or report inside that client, and connect the client’s data sources from the client’s Data sources page or the report editor as you go. The main sidebar gives you Clients, Templates, Automations, and Settings.

How Oviond works

1

Add a client

Create a client to hold all of one customer’s data sources, dashboards, and reports.
2

Create a report or dashboard

Add a report inside the client — a Dashboard for a live view or a Multi-Page Report for a paged, point-in-time snapshot. Start from scratch or from a template.
3

Connect your data sources

From the client’s Data sources page, or the report editor’s Data sources tab, link the client’s marketing accounts — Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and more — through OAuth or an API key in a few clicks.
4

Build with widgets

Use the drag-and-drop builder to add charts, tables, and KPI widgets that pull live data from your connected data sources.
5

Apply your brand

Customize the logo, colors, and fonts on every report. Set up a custom domain so clients experience your brand, not Oviond’s.
6

Automate delivery

Create an automation to send reports on a recurring schedule — daily, weekly, or monthly.
