Every client has a Data sources page listing the whole catalog of platforms Oviond supports. It’s where you connect a client’s accounts — you don’t need to open a report first. Reach it from the client’s sidebar, or go straight to /{client_id}/data-sources.
A client with nothing connected lands on this page instead of an empty Reports list. Once the client has at least one data source linked, opening the client goes to Reports as usual.

The card grid

Each platform is a card showing its logo, name, and category. Platforms this client already uses sort to the top, and the rest follow alphabetically. Clicking anywhere on a card — in either state — opens the same thing: that platform’s connections. The search box matches a platform’s name or category, so analytics surfaces every analytics platform. If nothing matches, the empty state offers Request a data source, which opens the feature-request board where you can file or vote for the integration.

Connecting

Clicking a card opens a slide-over running the same connect flow as the report editor — OAuth popup or API-key form, then the account, property, or page picker. Because you started from a client, the client is fixed for the whole flow: you don’t pick one. The slide-over opens directly on the chosen platform’s profiles view, listing the connections you already hold for it, each with Link, Unlink, Edit, and Refresh. A platform with no connections yet goes straight to naming and authorizing one. Once a connection is linked to the client, the slide-over closes and the grid updates.

Permissions

Anyone who can see the client can open this page. Connecting, linking, and unlinking require edit access to that client — read-only users and users scoped to other clients see the cards and their state, without the actions.

Where else connections live

  • The report editor — open a report and click Data Sources in the editor sidebar. Same flow, same connections, scoped to the report’s client. See Connect a Data Source.
  • Settings → Data sources — a workspace-wide table of every connection with its token status and the clients using it, for renaming, refreshing, and deleting. See List Data Sources.
