Your account settings let you control everything personal to your login — your display name, language, avatar, and email address — as well as account-level details that apply across your entire Oviond workspace. You can also monitor how much of your plan you’ve used and, if needed, delete your account entirely. To reach your account settings, click your avatar or initials in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Account Settings.

Update your profile

Your profile controls how you appear inside Oviond and, where applicable, in client-facing communications sent from your account.

Open your profile settings

Navigate to Account Settings and select the Profile tab.

Update your name

Edit the First name and Last name fields. Your full name appears in the Oviond interface and in team member listings.

Choose your language

Use the Language dropdown to select your preferred display language. This changes the language of the Oviond interface for your login only — it does not affect your teammates’ language preferences or what your clients see.

Upload an avatar

Click your current avatar image (or the initials placeholder) and select an image file from your computer. Oviond accepts JPG and PNG files. Your avatar is visible to other team members inside the platform.

Save your changes

Click Save to apply your updates.

Change your email address

Your email address is used to log in to Oviond and to receive platform notifications such as scheduled report confirmations and billing receipts.

Open your profile settings

Go to Account Settings and select the Profile tab.

Enter your new email address

Locate the Email address field and type your new email.

Save your changes

Click Save. Oviond may send a verification email to your new address to confirm the change.
After changing your email, use the new address the next time you log in.

Account-level settings

Account-level settings apply to your entire Oviond workspace — not just your personal profile. Only the account owner or users with admin permissions can edit these settings.

Open account details

Go to Account Settings and select the Account tab.

Update your company name

Edit the Company name field. This name can appear in reports and white-label configurations depending on how your branding is set up.

Review other account details

Update any other account-level fields shown, such as your website or contact information.

Save your changes

Click Save to apply the updates across your workspace.

View usage vs. plan limits

Oviond enforces limits on the number of clients, reports (projects), and data integrations you can have active at one time, based on your current plan. You can check your usage at any time to see how much of each limit you’ve consumed.

Open the usage overview

Go to Account Settings and select the Usage tab (sometimes listed under Plan & Usage).

Review your usage

The usage panel displays the following metrics alongside your plan’s limits:

ClientsThe number of client workspaces you’ve created vs. your plan’s maximum.
Reports / ProjectsThe total number of reports and dashboards across all clients.
IntegrationsThe number of active data source connections (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook).
Team membersThe number of invited team members vs. your seat limit.

Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your Oviond workspace, including all clients, reports, integrations, and team member access. This action cannot be undone.
Account deletion is irreversible. All your data — clients, reports, dashboards, integrations, and team members — will be permanently deleted. Make sure to export any reports or data you need before proceeding. If you’re on a paid plan, deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund; contact [email protected] before deleting if you have billing questions.

Open account settings

Go to Account Settings and select the Account tab.

Find the delete option

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete account.

Confirm deletion

Oviond will ask you to confirm by typing your account name or email address. Enter the required text and click Confirm delete.
Your account and all associated data will be removed immediately after confirmation.
