Open a project's Themes panel
In the project editor sidebar, open the Themes panel. It lists every theme on your account.

Click New Theme
At the bottom of the panel, click New Theme to open the theme editor.

Name the theme
Click the theme name in the editor header and type a clear name like Acme Brand.

Pick a primary colour
Set the Primary colour. Oviond auto-derives the ten chart colours (
chart1–chart10) from it. Under Charts, switch the Palette mode between Tonal and Contrast, or open Edit chart colours to override any individual colour.5
Set canvas, typography, and styling
Under Canvas, choose the Header background, canvas colours, Radius, Shadow, and Font.

Choose where it applies and save
Set Apply to (Current project, This client’s projects, or All projects), optionally toggle Set as default theme, then click Save and apply.
Creating or editing themes requires permission to manage shared assets.
