A theme is a reusable bundle of visual tokens — primary color, ten chart colors, font, border radius, and shadow style — that can be applied to any project or client.
1

Open the Themes screen

From the left sidebar.
2

Click + New Theme

Opens the theme editor.
3

Name the theme

Use a clear name like Acme Brand or Dark Pitch Deck.
4

Pick a primary color

Oviond auto-derives a ten-chart color palette from this. You can override any chart color individually.
5

Choose typography

Pick a font, border radius, and shadow style.
6

Save

The theme appears in your Themes library and becomes available in every project’s theme picker.
The auto-derived chart palette works for most brands, but if your brand has a mandated full color spec, override each of the ten chart colors manually before saving.
