# List users

> Every team member with access to this Oviond account.

Oviond lets you invite colleagues to your account so you can build and manage reports together. Each team member gets their own login and an access level that controls what they can see and do.

To manage team members, go to **Settings → Users**.

<Note>
  The number of team members you can invite depends on your plan. If you've reached your limit, upgrade from **Settings → Billing** before adding more. See [Plans and billing](/billing/plans) for details.
</Note>

## Access levels

Oviond has three access levels. You assign one when you invite a user, and you can change it later.

| Access level | What it grants |
| -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Admin access** | Full access to all features, including billing and team management. Admins see every client. |
| **Client access** | Can view the projects assigned to them. Limited to their assigned clients. |
| **Read-only access** | Can view their assigned clients but cannot make changes. |

**Client access** and **Read-only access** are client-scoped — when you assign either, you choose exactly which clients the user can access.

<Note>
  The account owner always retains admin access and cannot be removed or have their access level changed by other team members.
</Note>

## View the user list

Go to **Settings → Users** to see everyone with access to the account. Each row shows the user's name, email, and current access level. Internal Oviond staff accounts are hidden from this list.

## Manage users

From the **Users** list you can:

* [Invite a user](/users/invite) — add a new team member.
* [Update a user](/users/update) — change a user's name, access level, or assigned clients.
* [Remove a user](/users/remove) — revoke a team member's access.

All three actions require **Admin access**.
